| International Cooking Courses |
|
In partnership with the DV Multi Cultural Group we will be offering courses to people wishing to learn International cooking skills. These courses will begin in the fall of 2009 and will incorporate foods grown within the 100Km radius of Drayton Valley whenever possible - some of the ingredients are exotic, but any foods that can be sourced locally will be. Watch this website for courses which are being added all the time. In the spirit of the 100km Kitchen Party the participants will be given one or two of the main ingredients to purchase locally. A list will be provided of stores that carry local ingredients and a list of the local growers upon registration. Each participant will have at least two meals to take home, and an insight to a different culture through the eyes of their hosts!
We are currently booking courses for the fall of 2010,watch this website for courses as they become available, you don't want to miss it! If you have a group of 4-6 people we can design a course just for you. All you have to do is contact Margarita.
