Has anyone told you that the jam that you make is so fantastic it should be sold in stores?? And perhaps you thought that would be great but you don't have the time, the money or the business knowledge to be able even begin to think about that. Well a food processing cooperative may be the answer to your problems. The 100K Kitchen Party Food Cooperative might well be the answer. By joining people like yourself you can spend a few days a week processing your food (in the commercial kitchen at the Easyford Community Hall), and join with others to bulk buy jars, labels and ingredients, you will have someone teach you the basics of business start up, marketing and finance. Food processed by the 100K Kitchen Party would be sold at Farmer's Markets and select stores in the 100K Radius of Drayton Valley, the foods that you use to produce the food would also be sourced within the 100K Radius.
